Delivery
We send most of our parcels via xxx courier, which minimise our environmental impact whilst also getting your delivery to you as quickly as possible.
Shipping Cost
Our standard shipment fee is £xxxxx. To make sure we can delivery your parcel as smoothly as possible, we request you provide an address where someone will be available to receive the parcel. If your delivery requires specific instructions (eg. leave on porch, deliver to neighbour), please feel free to include these special delivery instructions when placing your order.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days. If for any reason you need your order very quickly, please let us know and we will do our best to prioritise it.
Returns
If your order arrives damaged, we will cover the cost of returning the good and provide a full refund. If your order is lost in transit, we will provide either a replacement or a full refund. If you would like to return your items for any other reasons, and they are in the same condition in which they were received, you may do so within 14 days of the order date for a full refund.
